Chicken Breasts with bell pepper and peach

Chicken Breasts with bell pepper and peach         An easy and quick recipe to start a healthy diet.



Ingredients:


  • 1 Cubed Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tb. Spoon Soy Sauce 
  • 1 Tb. Spoon Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1 Large red bell pepper 
  • 2 Peaches
  • Paprika 
  • Salt 
  • Chili powder
  • Black pepper


Recipe:

  1. Heat 1 spoon of oil in your favorite non-stick pan.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breast  ( salted and peppered ).
  3. Once slightly cooked. 
  4. add the diced vegetables. 
  5. Them add all the spices, sugar, ketchup and the soy sauce.
  6. Now on low temperature  leave it to cook then serve with bread or rice of your choice.
